What You'll Do
Hello Food Lovers, Let’s hunt the food! We will meet at Islamic Center (Please Check On Google Maps) at 17.00 pm. Here you will meet our tour guide. If you bring a motorbike, you can park in the basement. However, if you want to use a taxi, you can ask the taxi driver to take you to the Islamic Center Mataram. Almost all taxi drivers know this location.
Before the tour start, our guide will explain the overview of this activity. What types of food we will try, and what price you will pay to try it. This experience is designed to experience street food that many tourists can’t find in the guidebooks. We have chosen the most convenient and delicious traditional food for your comfort.
During this tour we will try to eat:
- Rawon (Rawon is an Indonesian beef soup. Originating from East Java, rawon utilizes the black keluak nut as the main seasoning, which gives a dark color and nutty flavor to the soup)
- Ayam Taliwang ( a spicy Indonesian grilled chicken (ayam bakar) dish originating from Taliwang in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.)
- Sea Food at street tend
- Traditional cake, snack and sweet
- Durian fruit (optional)
This tour at least about 3 hours or more, not including the time we need for waiting if the place is full.
We will pause for 10 minutes, between 06.30 – 07.00 pm at Islamic Center for our guide to carry out praying time. The tour price is not include for extra food that you order.
